ClearWater Academy - Admission Information

	We are excited about your interest in ClearWater Academy. ClearWater Academy offers open enrollment. We are currently accepting students ages 6-14, grades 1-8. Once we have received and reviewed your completed application, a member of our staff will give you a call to set up an interview. The interview consists of a meeting with the child and both parents or guardian. Both parents are required to be present. A decision regarding admission will be made as quickly as possible upon completion of the interview process. School Calendar ClearWater Academy follows the 2009-2010 Calendar. Procedures for Applying to ClearWater Academy We appreciate your interest in ClearWater Academy. Presently, we are enrolling students who are 6 to 14 years old, grades 1 thru 8. We have an open enrollment admissions process throughout the year and accept applications at any time. 	To apply for admission for the upcoming academic year, please submit the items that are listed below. Please send items 1, 2, 4 and 5 together. Your child’s current school may send the school records separately. A completed application form. Both parents or guardians must sign the application form. A copy of the most recent Psychological Evaluation, Occupational Therapy Evaluation and Speech and Language Evaluation. A copy of your child’s most recent school records (IEP, Teacher Evaluation or Report Card). A photograph of your child. $100.00 non-refundable application fee. Upon receipt of this information, the ClearWater Academy staff will review your application and will contact you. Our decisions regarding admission will be made as soon as possible.
